Two of my fav. Mascaras!
Hi! So a little while ago I had posted about my favorite makeup products in the year 2016 , but this time I kind of wanted to show you my favorite two mascaras because I feel like in some way I have to show my appreciation for these two amazing products that change my entire makeup game and that could possibly help you closer to finding your own holy grail mascara product! So here we go!! I was actually debating whether I should write about my favorite mascaras or if I should just record a video on it. turns out.... if anything I will probably record one after I post this, just so it could be a follow up on a little bit more Define look when I use them, and why they are my complete favorites! So for now I will share how I came to discover these two mascaras! And the names of them (of course😅) and you guys will be able to see what I mean when I post the video!
#1- "Maybelline The Colossal Volum Express Mascara"
So as you can see the ink on the mascara came off, its really easy to take off but good thing i provided the name on the top lol. This mascara was the first ever mascara I ever used! Probably sometime during sophomore year in high school it was actually the most scariest day of my life because I thought that once I applied mascara on my eyelashes with start falling off because it was something that my aunt would say, which now thinking about it, it was an excuse for me not to wear makeup (rude right?!) but I eventually got over the fear of it happening and I kind of just went for it. Ever since then I've pretty much relied on this certain mascara and I repurchase it as soon as I'm done with it. The reason why I like this mascara is pretty simple because of its name (Volume) that gives my eyelashes the volume it needs and since I have fairly long eyelashes, I struggled finding a mascara for days but I found one that actually does the job for me! I've used tried over five different mascara's in the past last year and I could not find one that gives me that chance to show off the length of my lashes. So the reason why I love this is because of the Volume it gives and because it is totally affordable! #2- Maybelline New York 3 x Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara
oh, okay so I must admit that I've only been using this mascara for about 3 weeks but I can honestly say that I absolutely love it so far it gives the same type of volume that the one I just mentioned does as well but the thing that I like most about this is the brush. It separates your eyelashes so each individual lash gets product and also lifts your eyelashes up thanks to the shape of the brush. But I have to say, that if I were to just purchased one specific mascara for the rest of my life... it was definitely being this one! Don't get me wrong I do love the volume Express mascara but not as much as this one because it helps my eyelashes a little bit more than I thought it would, whenever I saw a mascara with a brush that's curved, I tend not to trust it because I feel like it's just weird to use on my eyelashes but thanks to my sister, I tried it and I actually loved it and now I see why the brush bristles are very important on a mascara brush!! -
As I've mentioned in the beginning this post if you guys want to see a actual video on why I like these products and the end result just to kind of see what they look like (like a makeup tutorial kind of thing but not really you know? I'm not saying that I'm going to do make up because I'm good at it, simply just to show and tell what I'm talking about.) the mascaras I use are actually pretty great and will eventually probably (I hope) be one of your favorites as well, just let me know if that sounds like something you'd be interested in. I would appreciate a comment on what other mascara I should try that you think will help with the whole "volume" thing and all that stuff. Thank you so much for reading and don't forget to like/pin/share this post for your friends and family! ••Much Love•• Karla D.💘
