Okay, so I wasn't always into makeup and stuff until my sister pretty much convinced me that it could be really fun!
So I wanted to share my favorite makeup products that I used/discovered in 2016, most of these took me a while to try out and learn to love, even though there were many products I fell in love with, I am only going to share my top 12 favorites!
------------------- ❤️❤️ENJOY!❤️❤️ ---------------------

First things first the best mascara I relied on a lot this past year was The Maybeline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara in the shade Classic Black. Since I have fairly long eyelashes, it was super hard for me to find a good mascara that keeps them up and visible throughout the entire day, I tried other ones but they weren't as good.
The Next great thing was the Real Techniques Sponge, it makes my foundation absolutely flawless and evenly distributed, that was a big help for me because I used to use my fingers lol so I guess you can say I switched up!
If I haven't ever mentioned how much I LOVE e.l.f here I go... The E.l.f Illuminating Palette is gorgeous! Again, I compared it to other different highlight palettes, sure there were better ones but this one is perfect! It was affordable, there were four different choices and looked beautiful.
Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade was also a game changer, the first time I used it was super bad lol I used too apply a lot on my brows and just didn't look right, with a little practice I've started to love the result and realized that it's a pretty bomb product.
In the last 2 months of 2016, my sister had purchased the Beauty Treats Lip Care. There were six different lip oils, Avocado, Aloe, Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Coconut, and Rosehip. There is no scent but each one has Natural Extracts and Moisturizing Vitamin. When I used them during the winter they would hydrate my lips really well and help me avoid chapped lips.
I never was one to wear lip colors for anything! But the E.l.f Praline Matte Lip Color made me change my mind big time, the color is perfect and it lasts the entire day! Not to mention how affordable it is. #BlessUp
The Smashbox Primer is one to have in your makeup prep routine, it's really hydrating and silky, so your foundation or color corrector glides on and sets into your face. The bad thing about it is that this primer is not cruelty-free :(
Zenny Brushes are now my newest best friend, they are very handy and inexpensive, and they have really good bristles and don't shed when I wash them.
I promise that I am almost done haha, next up is the Essence Lash and Brow gel, the first gel I used was the e.l.f one, then many others after that, for a while I had started to believe that eyebrow gels are completely pointless, then I tried one more time with the essence one and turned my frown upside down.
One of my favorite eye shadow palettes, the Hard Candy Neutral Eye Palette is the cutest! Its tin packaging is adorable and the fact it also included the eyeliner and eyelid primer was a bonus! For $8? What a steal!
This one is not a product of any sort of beauty place, but it is a good beauty trick, using a spoon to curl my lashes! Crazy right? How on earth could one curl their lashes with a spoon!? I will be posting a separate How To post for this one. I learned this from my mother and it has helped my lashes get that natural curl.
Last but not least, the best makeup remover ever! I use my Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Waterproof, which is super amazing and works wonders!
This concludes my "2016 Best Makeup Products" THANKS so much for reading!
*Big thanks to Bethany for the post suggestion :)
